april revisted

And so we trudge on…

Gasp! Avert your eyes! It’s a picture with no children in it. In April, I went to a church women’s retreat, which sounds super lame, doesn’t it? It was fun to have a weekend away with some girlfriends and I walked away with a few new things to apply to my life as well – bonus.

Also in April, Baby Swiss got into accessories…big time. As evidenced by the above tame photo…And this more exciting one. I’ll spare you and not post all of the photos from April with creative styling. Side note: why does she think the refrigerator is the best backdrop?

April was also the last month that 5 month old Pipsqueak got to wear her 0-3 month Christmas pjs. Not necessarily because she finally grew out of them, but because it became too warm for fleece pajamas.

April was also Easter. We celebrated in matching sister style with Easter baskets before church and a great lunch with friends and a first Easter egg hunt after church.

Would you believe that this is the first picture of just the four of us? It really is – it took us just shy of 6 months to make this happen. We. Are. Bums.

Just for fun because I like this picture. In case you can’t tell them apart, that’s Baby Swiss with the green hair bows and Pipsqueak with the purple.

Tomorrow: may revisited – even less happened in May than in March. Boy do I know how to make you want to come back for more.

I love the girl’s Easter Baskets. Are they like a “market” tote? Do they fold down? Too cute.

Mea goes through these crazy accessory phases. She has a special tote for all her accessories. Boas, sun glasses, beaded necklace, bracelets, rings, everything she needs to be glamorized.

I appreciate the color choices for the girls’ Easter baskets. 🙂

And I love Baby Swiss’s camera smile.
