surprise
Some people choose to not find out the gender of their baby until baby’s birth.
They usually say they like surprises.
To them, I say that it’s a surprise in the sonogram room at 20 weeks too.
Anyway, we knew that Pipsqueak was going to be a girl.
Except for that one dream I had that she was actually born a boy.
Talk about surprises.
What we didn’t know was what ethnicity Pipsqueak would be.
Although, pigment can change quite a bit in the first few months, we think that we have ourselves a white baby.
Which is actually kind of weird, believe it or not.
Now, to oblige her many fans…

Oooh, you’ve got yourself a whole human there! Fine, it is still a tiny human, but clearly a superior one.
I love that picture of you and her together. Put it in the Christmas card!

I had wondered if she would be a brown baby or not, but was afraid to ask…pigment can change a lot, and other features come through later as well. My middle two stepdaughters barely look biracial at all. You never know, and with a baby as beautiful as Baby Pipsqueak it doesn’t even mattter one bit anyway! Adorable!
